UV digital flatbed printing (Swiss Q Print):
• Directly on all hard materials, with or without white
• Gloss lacquer and hologram function
• Print area 2100 x 3100mm
• Material thickness max 40mm
• Relief printing possible (Braille etc)
• All graphic data can be used, note resolution!

Roll Print & Plot (Inkjet and Water-based):
• For standard rolls approx. 1400mm wide
• Photo print Elevator service / lamination:
• All kinds of adhesive films and photo papers
• up to 2m wide, depending on the roll material length tbd.
3D printing large format (Massivit 1800 Pro):
• Print volume 1500 x 1200 x 1800mm / 2 print heads
• Nozzle 1mm (groove structure), UV hardening gel, white opal, similar to
acrylics
• Printed parts can be assembled with liquid gel and glued with UV
• Step / 3D data

Technical 3D printing (filament):
• Print Volume 400 x 400 x 700mm
• D = 1.75mm / all common and colored filaments possible (carbon, onyx,
ABS, PP etc)
• Step / 3D data Design / 3D

Datahandling, Rendering, Modelling:
• Own graphic and product designer
• We can offer in-house body scans (tent with 60 digital cameras)
• Modelling 3D data from scratch (even fantasy designs, etc.)
• The data handling for the various machines

Finish:

Forming:

• Forming with silicone membrane 2200 x 1100 x 600mm (20 tons)
